1. The service
JianHe provides desktop tools on Windows for managing your materials, including saving, organizing and using prompts, skills and snippets. You can use the local features without signing in; the account service provides sign-in, device identification and, subject to your account's entitlements, cloud sync. The features actually available are those described in the current app and on our pages.
2. Your account and security
Sign in only with an email address or Google account you are entitled to use, and keep your account and devices secure. If you notice anything unusual with your account, contact us promptly at the email address above. Do not use other people's accounts without permission or try to bypass the service's access restrictions.
3. Your content
You keep your rights to the items you add, and you are responsible for having the right to store, use and sync them. Do not upload content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others. To provide cloud sync, we need to receive and store the content you choose to sync on our servers and deliver it to your signed-in devices. See the Privacy Policy for how this is handled.
4. Cloud sync and your data
Cloud sync depends on the network and our servers. Keep local copies of important items, and use the import and export features in the app as needed. If you stop using the account service, uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data on the server; you can request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to the service and acceptable use
We may update the service for maintenance, bug fixes or feature changes, and will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption. Do not interfere with the service, abuse its interfaces or attempt to access other users' data without authorization. If these terms or applicable law are violated, we may restrict the account involved and, where appropriate, notify you.
